Great hub, I am going to check into these. I got a rebounder a couple of years ago to help with back and spine issues I was having. But,these shoes would provide more variety in my workouts than just jumping up and down.
Sounds like a fun alternative to my workout and a great way to reduce my back pain during runs. Does it require some practice and balance to use, though? Voting this Up and Useful.

You have written a useful hub here. Because my joints receive enough jolts when I jump and spin while figure skating, I've been jumping on a trampoline on days I can't make it to the rink. On days that I can't skate, I find jumping gives me an energy boost. I haven't seen Kangaroo Jumps in my area but I am interested.
